Ultrasound-Guided Sclerotherapy

This is an in-office treatment alternative to surgical
stripping. During this procedure, the doctor uses an
ultrasound screen to visually monitor the vein being
treated. This enables treatment of veins that are farther
below the surface of the skin and would otherwise
require surgical removal.
